Hand Grabber Pacific, double trouble help me!

Je veux faire fonctionner mon foutu poker tracker sur pacific, j'ai dl la derniere version de hand grabber, ca marche bien sauf quand je load plus que 2 tables le program ferme/bug completement et windows(vista) me dit que le programe a arretter de fonctionner. Je sais pas si y a d'autres joueurs qui utilise pt sur pacific si oui etes vous capable de faire marcher votre pt??
