If you flipped a coin 100,000 times, you would expect to find somewhere
areound 50,000 each of heads and tails. But along the way, you will
undoubtedly find streaks where heads came up 10 times in a row, or tails
came up 13 out of 15. If you looked at just those streaks, or in your
example those two hands, you could come to the conclusion that the coin
was unfair.

But that would be an incorrect conclusion, based on "sampling bias". In
the same way you are using a small sample of hands and then using that
sample as proof which is clearly not correct. Randomness does not work on
a schedule -- streaks such as these must happen otherwise it would be
proof of an unfair deal.

Due to statements in our licence agreement which prohibit us from
issuing credit to players, we cannot credit you with chips (I am
married).

I am going to "assume" that the majority of your email was in jest or
bourne from frustration of a few bad beats. If you would like for us to
go into more detail about our shuffle or site integrity please let us

I've been playing quite a lot on pokerstars last months, and keeping track of my stats, and yesterday a friend told me he went all in with AA. I answered "wtf is AA ?". I checked and never got AA in 30k hands. Is my friend playing a joke on me ???

I know that feeling. It seems like forever since I was dealt pocket aces
myself. I keep a deck of cards by my desk so I can remember what they look like.

Actually, you have been dealt aces 53 times in the last month and a half,
which is a little below average, but you've won all but three of those
times. So, in summary - you're not getting aces all that often, but you're
winning with them almost every time.

I have attached your pocket aces report to this email in case you are
interested in seeing how well you do with aces.

In the meantime, I hope your luck changes. Oh, and a bit of tissue up each nostril should solve the nosebleed problem.

I sent you an emergency mail last week when i cut my hand up to the elbow with my garden chain saw so you could send my an ambulance paid with my FPPs. To this day, I sadly notice that I didn't get an answer yet, and my arm is still bleeding copiously. Being deprived of my right arm, i'm typing with my left foot, is that the reason why you're not answering me ? Or did the ambulance get lost on the way ?

As a consequence, being a professional micro limit player, and unable to use my arm (which you will agree doesn't help raising) because of you, for over than 7 days now, I ask for compensation. Given than I multitable (2 tables at the same time !) the NL2 and that my average earnings, based on my last 2 hours of play amount to 1.5BB/hour, 24 hours a day, i'll let you do the maths, but it quickly adds up, and I really hope you have a good lawyer, because mine is paid purely with the benefits of my freerolls.

So i'm asking you to please send me an ambulance, because it really hurts. I won't hesitate and contact you again next week if you still didn't give me an appropriate answer. I'm not kidding !

I hope you'll take the full measure of my demand and that we can shake hands again some day (the left one),

here's my wish list for christmas :

- Firstly, you could start by unrigging my account, I know, it's all fun for you and your little hobbits, watching videos of my sessions, and knowing that i'm ALWAYS going to be one outed on the river, and still see me going all in on the turn. But hey Santa, it has top stop at some point. At least make it realistic, give them 2 outers.

- Second, hey, I really meant my first wish, can you do it now please instead of laughing ?

- Third, could you please rig manub's account, i'm starting to get sick of him messaging me every 30 seconds telling me :

Although they do not provide us with a bag of goodies until we have been
with PokerStars for several years, and it is a little early for Christmas
wishes, let me see what I can do for you.

As for your first wish: "you could start by unrigging my account."

Actually, none of our accounts are rigged, as we use all of the rigging on
Santa's sleigh. In order to carry all of those presents around the world,
a lot of rigging is required. Once the sleigh is full, there is simply
not enough rigging left over for our player accounts.

Your second and third wishes? Please see above.

Wish number four: "I want one night with a cute and funny girl from the
pokerstars support team"

Despite the wishes of others, we still believe in free will and freedom of
choice. While most (all? there are some I have not met) of the girls that
work on the PokerStars support are both cute and funny, they do have
standards. I will ask around, but it is possible that they may require
pictures and measurements from you first.

Fifth wish: "could you also get me a pokerstars keychain?"

Although we have many items in our FPP Store (stress ball, playing cards,
hats, etc.) we do not have any keychains. Maybe there is something else
you would like for your FPP?
