note sur les joueurs FTP

POur une raison que j'ignore mes notes prises sur les joueurs disparaissent de sur le programme de full tilt constament. Je joue tjrs sur le même ordi.

J'ai envoyé un email à FTP, mais j'ai l'impression qu'il vont me répondre dans 3 jours pour me dire qu'il y a un 1st deposit bonus de 600$.

J'ai le même problème, avec les notes comme avec le support. Ma solution? J'ai quitté FTP!

voici leur réponse:

We're sorry to hear you'er unable to retrieve your player notes. If you are using Windows Vista, It is possible that the version of Vista you are running is specifically not allowing access to the folder that contains the Full Tilt Poker software. We have seen instances where Windows Vista will disallow any changes to files within the "C:\Program Files\" folder, even with Administrator access. This folder is required to contain Full Tilt Poker's files.

We would like you to try the following:

1) Please right-click on the Windows logo at the corner of your screen and click "Explore" from the pop-up menu.
2) In the window that appears, navigate to "C:\Program Files\".
3) Right-click on the "Full Tilt Poker" folder and click "Properties".
4) Click the "Security" tab in the Properties window that displays.
5) In "Group or user names:", click on the user ID you use to log into Windows Vista.
6) Within the "Permissions for Administrators" field, ensure all permissions are checked in the "Allow" column, including "Modify".
7) Click "Ok" to save the settings.

If this does not resolve the issue, please respond to the following troubleshooting questions:

- Which version of Operating System are you running? (Windows XP/Vista, Mac OS Tiger/Leopard, etc).
- Was there any specific action or activity that you may have performed on your computer which happened to coincide with this incident?
- Have you uninstalled Full Tilt Poker recently?
