Oui je les ai conctacté. J'ai Fred du support sur mon msn. J'envois un e-mail. 4 jours après il me repond qu'il va passer le message a leur banque, 4-5 jours après j'ai le message de la banque qui ne me repond rien. Je redemande, 4-5 jours après j'ai des nouvelles qu'il va demander à la banque... 4-5 jours après la banque repond... mais y reponde jamais a notre (Fred et moi) criss de question. Sa fait 2 fois qu'on envoie un e-mail qui demande "COMMENT je fais pour avoir mon argent maintenant" pis criss sa tourne autour du pot. Au debut on me dit que mon argent est aller dans mon compte de la banque de Montreal et non dans mon compte Desjardins. ... J'ai pas de compte a la banque de Montreal. Je demande... what the fuck pourquoi vous le pitcher dans un compte dla banque de Montreal si vous savez que je voulais le deposer dans un compte desjardins? 2 semaines a`près on me repond "oups désolé, on s'est trompé de cas en repondant ca, ce n'est pas à la banque de Montreal" <-=== ouain mais criss tu m'as pas repondu comment jfais pour avoir mon argent pis est où ?!?!?! Tk c'est la merde.

I agree that this seems to be dragging on longer than necessary, I am stressing to our bank the urgency in resolving this.

Our bank have confirmed the following:


This credit went out with a routing code for Caisse Populaire De Kennebec, as specified on the initial payout request. The credit has not been returned, so it must have been deposited into a valid account at Caisse Populaire De Kennebec, and the account holder has not disputed it.

Please also note that a credit can only be recalled if it has not been posted to an account, in this case what also could be a possibility is that the routing code number was mistakenly provided to us.

I will contact you as soon as I have received any further information Samuel.

they did not response to your/my question : how do I get my money back?

What they mean with "in touch" ? I'm french... If they want to know if I contacted my bank (Caisse populaire Desjardins Kennebec" : FOR SURE. I went to the bank and they got no transaction of this amount and nothing in any kind that could looks like my money in any other account.

You will have to ask them again: How do I get my money back?

However please kindly note the routing number on the correct transaction belongs to Caisse Populaire De Kennebec. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may caused you and your clients".
Can you confirm, before I chase any further on this, that your client has already been in touch with specific branch 'Caisse Populaire De Kennebec'?

Unfortunately all I can do is await a response from the bank, rest assured I have chased again this morning. I am furthermore checking that this was processed correctly by them, I have noted similarly to yourselves that Caisse Populaire Des Jardins was stored in the uploaded transaction however the Bank of Montreal is where the payment was sent to? I am hoping to clear up the confusion surrounding this.
Please let me know if we may be of any further help in the meantime

Our bank have responded to this enquiry, where you have already confirmed that your bank have not seen the deposit.

Details as follows (note the below is exactly what the bank stated to us):
"Please note that the customer sent the funds to the Bank of Montreal account, not the account at Caisse populaire Des jardins, we have not received a return from the Canadian payment system for this transaction.
Please also note that in the Canadian payment system, not all the returns are processed electronically. Some financial institutions, and more specifically some branches (or transits) of these financial institutions, return by paper. This can be very time consuming, it goes from the branch (transit), to the financial institution's central clearing, then on to our bank's central processing, to our branch, then in the mail to our office.
Once in the office it is received by Citadel Finance. They then pass the documents to Operations to confirm if any of the paper work they have received has already been processed electronically. In the majority of cases it has. However, Québec caisse populaires are famous for often processing only paper.
Nevertheless they are going to Bank of Montreal, and, not Caisse Populaires. As they have not been returned yet, we suggest for the customer to go and check in their Bank of Montreal account first."
